Describe your food and beverage choices during the holiday season (including brands - if relevant).
Food choices included Beyond Meat Fiesta Crumbles while making plant based tostadas with my family, El Milagro corn tortillas, fresh veggies, Siete hot sauce! I also consumed a lot of Trader Joe’s sriracha tofu with Japanese sweet potato. A popular beverage was Poppi prebiotic soda and water.
