What strategies would you use drive utilization of the limited offer?

My strategy to drive high utilization of the Sephora Uber Eats offer would be three-fold, leveraging the unique campus environment of FSU to create immediate urgency and frame the delivery as an essential glam convenience, rather than a luxury.

Uber Eats Utilization Strategy at FSU

1. Creating Crisis and Urgency (FOMO)

I would pivot the promotion from general awareness to crisis-driven utilization, focusing on scenarios where students need a product now and cannot leave their location. My social content (Reels/TikToks) and in-person engagement would feature hooks emphasizing the speed of delivery: "Spilled my eyeliner 15 minutes before the party? No problem. Uber Eats Sephora has me covered in under 30 minutes." The message wouldn't just be "You can order it," but "You must order it right now" to solve an immediate, high-stakes problem like a last-minute date, presentation, or social event. I would consistently highlight any limited-time Uber Eats discounts to intensify the sense of urgency.

2. Targeted Blitzes at High-Impulse Locations

The in-person campus blitzes will target students in transition or during peak social preparation times. I would organize "Glam Emergency Pop-Ups" near residence halls or major student apartments (like the complexes near Stadium Centre) on Friday or Saturday afternoons. Students are actively getting ready at this time, making them highly impulsive and susceptible to realizing they've forgotten a product. I would engage them by saying, "Forgot your favorite primer? Don't panic, order it right here," with a clearly branded station featuring a QR code that links directly to Sephora within the Uber Eats app. This direct, in-person push eliminates the friction between awareness and action.

3. Content that Celebrates Convenience Over Cost

My content will be created in a relatable, student-centric way, focusing on how the partnership simplifies the FSU student grind. I’ll create an "I-Didn't-Even-Leave-The-Library Haul" video, showing myself ordering a product while sitting in Strozier Library or a study lounge. The video would then feature the Uber Eats driver handing the Sephora bag directly to me, emphasizing that I saved valuable study time by not having to travel to the mall. Every piece of social content will feature a clear, persistent Call-to-Action (CTA): "Open your Uber Eats app, search 'Sephora,' and get your glam delivered to your dorm right now!" This is a seamless, real-life strategy designed to translate engage

Tell us about any prior experience you have as a brand ambassador

While I have not yet held a formal title as a Brand Ambassador for a specific company, I can confidently assert that the skills and experience I possess make me an ideal candidate to excel in this role for Proper Wild. My entire focus has been on mastering the digital and social aspects of brand advocacy: I successfully built a personal TikTok following of over 10,000 followers, demonstrating an expert understanding of how to engage and grow a young audience. This achievement required me to consistently embody a brand persona—my own—by being authentic and relatable, which is essential for turning product promotion into trusted recommendations. Furthermore, as a Senior at FSU, I have deep, first-hand knowledge of the campus culture, high-traffic areas, and student pain points, which allows me to perfectly tailor our messaging. I am prepared to be the enthusiastic, reliable, and high-performing "face" of Proper Wild, translating my digital influence and local knowledge into achieving your primary goals: driving Free Shot Redemptions and generating high-quality social content.
