I used to work at Ulta Beauty, and every day, I had conversations with hundreds of customers when I would market products best fit to satisfy their needs. By asking questions about their primary concerns, I was able to provide helpful information about our most popular brands that would solve their concerns. Keeping customers part of the loyalty program was a huge aspect that my position as a Sales Associate was primarily focused on. Through methods such as engaging with the customer on a personal level, encouraging Ulta's products as I educated them on their benefits, and prioritizing customer satisfaction, I was able to sell consistently through authentic interactions and never let a customer leave without a product that fulfilled their demands.
