What role does nutrition and fitness play in your life? -- What year are you in school and what school do you go to?
Nutrition and fitness play a big role in my life as someone who danced all of her life and played sports in high school , it made transfer to college rough as I had none of those to do anymore. This then created my new habit of going to the gym everyday and creating healthy homemade meals. I am gluten free , dairy free and egg free so finding healthy foods that I am not allergic to is so important! I attend Florida International University and am a junior .
