You don't like the product, how do you proceed with this gig? Who do you notify and what steps do you take?
After trying consistently, if the product is not working for me I explain to customer service with why exactly the product did not work and whether this is because of the product or because of my specific preferences. I would then offer suggestions that would make the product more ideal for me.
