I'm currently in a run club, a church group, I volunteer, and I'm trying to get into more. I'm a college freshman and it's the first week so I want to be more involved.

I'm really into going to the gym, and the healthy benefits and protein in it are perfect for me trying to hit my goal.

I’d show little snippets of a typical school day and naturally weave the yogurt in. For example, I could start with me rushing out the door in the morning and grabbing Painterland Sisters skyr as my quick breakfast. Later, I’d show it in my backpack during a study break, eating it while going over notes. Then maybe a clip of me at the gym or after class, using it as a protein-packed snack. Throughout the video I’d keep the vibe casual and relatable, while adding text overlays to highlight the benefits of high protein, probiotics, full-fat dairy, and lactose-free. That way it feels like part of a real back-to-school routine, not just an ad.
