Can you describe a time when you successfully promoted a product at an event?
I successfully promoted a product by not only highlighting the different benefits of it, but also utilizing the point of purchase with testing the product and a limited only deal with special freebies and coupons so the customer has brand loyalty

How would you approach engaging with consumers at a busy event?
I would ask them how are they doing and what they expect out of a product, and highlight the benefits as well as offering everyone a free sample to give them time to roll out some feedback about the brand and product.
