Can you describe a successful social media campaign you led and its impact on engagement metrics?
I work for the Colgate University Women's Center, and my fellow interns and I launched a new program on our instagram account entitled "Meet the Interns." This project allowed our followers to feel directly connected to those running the daily programs that the Women's Center promotes. The "Meet the Interns" campaign used video and photo content on our instagram profile and led our followers to gain insight on our mission and activities.

How do you approach creating social media content that resonates with a diverse audience?
I believe that obtainability and accessibility are two of the most important attributes of virtual content that aims to resonate with a diverse audience. By producing content that connects quickly with peoples' emotions and uses rhetoric that can span beyond the constraints of binaries and backgrounds, diverse audiences will be urged to engage and interact.
