How do you prioritize outreach efforts to influencers and creators?

When prioritizing outreach efforts to influencers and creators, I start by identifying creators whose values, content, and audience align with the brand’s goals. By targeting individuals who naturally connect with the product or message, the partnership feels authentic and resonates better with their followers. I prioritize influencers who foster meaningful interactions with their audience rather than just focusing on follower count. Strong engagement often indicates trust and influence, which leads to more impactful collaborations. Lastly, I assess the creator’s potential reach and influence within the target demographic. If the goal is to build awareness quickly, I would prioritize creators with broader reach. For niche campaigns, I would focus on micro-influencers who can foster deeper connections with their audience.

Share an experience that highlights your ability to build strong relationships.

During high school, I had the opportunity to spearhead our Battle of the Best event, a talent competition that brought together students from different grade levels to showcase their skills. As the event lead, I managed everything from planning to execution, which required strong communication and relationship-building skills. I worked closely with the school administration to secure the venue and obtain necessary approvals, while also coordinating with student performers to understand their needs and ensure they felt prepared. Additionally, I reached out to local businesses to secure sponsorships and prizes, strengthening community ties in the process. To keep everything running smoothly, I led a team of volunteers, assigning roles and ensuring everyone was aligned on their tasks. By fostering open communication, building trust with stakeholders, and creating a collaborative environment, I successfully brought the event to life. The positive turnout and enthusiastic feedback highlighted the strong relationships I built throughout the process, reinforcing my belief in the power of teamwork and thoughtful planning.
