What is your favorite marketing campaign you've seen?

My favorite marketing campaign that I've seen has to be my university's (UC Berkeley) student partnership with Victoria's Secret PINK. In addition to marketing products and working directly with Victoria's Secret, campus ambassadors hold fundraisers and donation drives to fight against breast cancer and support women's health/equality. Marketing campaigns that engage with its consumers while also giving back to the community have such a great impact on how I view the company. Another one of my favorite marketing campaigns has to be Nike's infamous "Just do it" slogan. Though the brand itself is far from perfect, I believe that this slogan has been extremely impactful. This slogan can be interpreted in many ways, such as fighting for inclusivity, finding a way to break boundaries, persisting against difficulties, or achieving goals no matter the odds. This slogan has the power to give people a voice and motivation to perform and achieve goals, whether personal or as a community. Because of this slogan, Nike has been able to appeal to all audiences and consumers by giving them the power to believe in themselves and their abilities.

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?

Wellness means continually practicing good habits that'll allow someone to be in good physical and mental health. In order to be in good physical and mental health, wellness must be actively pursued every day through lifestyle decisions and habits such as engaging in physical activities and hobbies, decreasing stress, ensuring a healthy diet, and many more. I integrate wellness in my life by taking care of my body and mind. I try to at least exercise at least 30 minutes per day, whether I'm lifting weights at the gym or going for a hike/jog. I also decrease stress and take mental breaks by engaging in my hobbies, which including cooking and creating art by drawing and crocheting.
