I think instagram best suits property management and marketing because it has good features for advertising locations. Pictures can be posted on highlights so people can constantly refer back to them or see them whenever they want. You can also easily target ads to people based off of their location and interests.

How would you increase engagement on a social media page with low interaction?
To grow a page with low engagement on social media I would bring in a celebrity or influencer to tag the account or post a video it. This demonstrates credibility and grabs peoples attention.
