I would plan a wellness event by creating a flyer and putting it on my social media and sending it to friends and family to promote it on their social media platforms as well and by putting these flyers in public events that I know that I’m allowed to put it around to promote the event and draw more attention

I go to my local gym Cascade athletics. I go to the gym once a day usually in the afternoon after class, a few of my friends are in my colleges volleyball team so I love going out with them after hours and passing a ball back-and-forth and spending some time with those girls, but I love seeing my friends at the gym as well and lifting together and really getting a good workout together

Yes i am comfortable, I think it’s a good experience and a good opportunity to promote the product and create a trustful community.
