How do you reset after a long day of classes?
The best way to reset after a long day of classes includes an intentional routine that not only helps my present self relax, but also keeps my future self in mind. Having a clear room helps me clear my mind, so I like to tidy up rather than leave messes or laundry for my future self. I also like to take a shower ASAP and get cozy before making dinner or studying.
