Stop the Grind: DentiCalm / Amazon Reviews

Have you ever done product reviews
Yes, I'm an avid Google, Amazon and Beli restaurant reviewer. I believe confident purchases come from seeing honest, thorough reviews to assess if it's what you're looking for. Below is an example of a recent review I did for a walking pad I purchased from Amazon:
"This product has made getting my steps in SO much easier. As someone who loves walking and comes from a walkable city, but unfortunately moved somewhere that's very car-driven, I was looking for a solution to easily get my steps in. This pad is very mobile and easy to carry, so each day I bring it out to my living room and walk for about 30 minutes twice a day while watching TV. It has a screen that times your walks and a remote controller to let you change the speed and start/stop/pause when you want. It has a big range of speeds (1-4), so I can get a light, slow walk in after meals (speed 2.0) as well as a speed walk when I want something a bit more intense (2.8). I don't go beyond 2.8 since I don't like running but it seems sturdy enough for a jog. It also comes with heightening legs that are really easy to screw on and off to give an incline when you want it. I keep these on at all times so all my walks can be inclined to give me a bit of a bigger heart rate boost. The length of the pad can feel a bit small for my long legs, but that's definitely a personal problem and I would recommend double-checking the dimensions before purchasing."

do you grind and clench your teeth
Yes, I clench my teeth almost every night and sometimes during the day. These cause pounding headaches that only improve after I massage my jaws for a couple of minutes.
