Establishing clear expectations upfront minimizes confusion—I provide influencers with key details like product descriptions, preferred messaging, and posting guidelines while keeping it collaborative rather than rigid. Regular check-ins and relationship building help maintain strong partnerships, making influencers more likely to prioritize our campaign.
