Easing pain points through design is easily the most impactful after gathering the research and feedback. I've helped in processes of creating direct flows that answer a user question of "How do I get from point A, to point C".

Its not what feedback we receive, but its how we receive it. You have to work into the user to extract the answers that we truly want. Just like an interrogation, there are surface level answers - then there are answers that become revealed over time

Being given a task just to pass the time is not productive and does not strengthen the overall goal of the company. I prefer to work with intentional tasks that create direct impacts. This role promises that, and I am happy.
