How do Gen Z individuals want to work and think about their career?

Gen Z are digital natives. If the type of work permits it, we want the option to wfh at the very least. Most of Gen Z is about to enter or at the early stages of their career. We're seeking organizations that can provide ample opportunities for learning and development. We also have the inside scoop on our own wants and needs, so reach out to us - if not in an endeavor to make the workplace more accommodating to Gen Z internally, then to understand how to engage with the next generation of consumers.

A customer left a negative review on a social media site. How do you respond to their review?

I don't regurgitate the same macro for every negative review customers provide. The clear lack of personalization by firms that do that gives me goosebumps it's so cringe. I'd prefer to give no response at all than give a lame copied and pasted one. Instead, I would speak like a human being, apologize, and ask to get in touch with the customer to reach a resolution. This requires more effort and resources, but it's the difference between a company people respect and one they don't. Customer's want to feel heard.
