I planned an art festival about a year ago, and we requested feedback from all of our vendors and performers. After going over the feedback, we were able to tailor our plans for this years festival and make sure that the vendors would have an even more positive experience and success selling, and that the performers would feel even more welcome. The feedback included comments about the communication and organization of the event, which my team and I took to heart. I was even able to meet back up with one of the performing groups and discuss their experience to get some incredibly detailed and helpful feedback.

I would talk about their experiences and get to know the students before asking about how the service could be improved and what parts about it they liked.
