How do you approach identifying and documenting bugs in digital products?
First, I test from both a functional and user-experience perspective. I go through core user flows step-by-step (sign-up, onboarding, payments, submissions, dashboards, etc.) and intentionally try edge cases — incorrect inputs, slow internet simulation, different devices, and browsers — to uncover hidden issues. Second, when I find a bug, I document it clearly and systematically: Clear title (concise but specific) Environment (device, OS, browser/app version) Steps to reproduce Expected result vs. actual result Screenshots or screen recordings Severity level (minor UI issue vs. critical blocker) I prioritize bugs based on impact — anything affecting payments, user trust, or core functionality gets flagged immediately.
