Please talk about something you've done that demonstrates attention to detail.
I believe my entire time as the publicity team lead for my high school's theater company demonstrates attention to detail. Being in charge of a team of people responsible for spreading the word about a high school show and attempting to fill a 300 seat auditorium for each show date taught me that while delegation is important to actually get things done, oftentimes work needs to be checked to ensure all guidelines are met. Of course, no one is perfect, especially not a publicity team composed of high school underclassmen fresh out of the pandemic still trying to find a good balance of life, schoolwork, and extracurriculars. I understood this and made sure to check the work being done by my team. I did things like checking all flyers and posters designed to ensure all information on them was correct and the vibe of the designs matched the vision my teacher/director had for the shows as well as making sure that all the objects the team collectively put on the purchase list was within our given budget. Additionally, I was in charge of creating a calendar of tasks and clearly stating which members needed to be working on what and by what specific date each task must be completed by. From designing our show merchandise to creating the storyboard for the show trailers we created to creating the shot list for the cast photoshoot, I was in charge of making sure all tasks our teacher gave us were accounted for and completed well in advance of the due date to give a buffer for any last minute changes that needed to be done. Being the lead of the publicity team meant I had to be effective at communicating not only with my team members but also with my teacher, the other teams such as sets and costumes, as well as newspaper staff and administrative and district employees to really get the word of our shows out to the public. I was also the person in our company in charge of fundraisers and all the money we made. Twice a year, I would give up a month of my lunch time to sell tickets for our fall and spring productions. During that time, I would always carry our money box with me through all seven of my classes before getting to the theater after school where I would count the money and do weekly deposits. Since I was also an actor, I would not be the one directly selling tickets on show nights but after closing night of each show, I would collect all the money from our three money boxes -- from ticket sales, drinks, and concessions -- and count all of it by hand, often double or even triple counting, to ensure the correct amount was written on the deposit slip. There were many tasks associated with being the publicity team lead but I believe I did a great job with completing all of my personal tasks while also being able to offer help to my team. I gave each person an unofficial role based on their specific strengths which I believe greatly contributed to the success of the publicity team and, by extension, our shows. There was a lot I had to juggle, being both the publicity lead and an actor, but I think this experience really shaped me into the person I am today -- able to multitask while also ensuring attention to detail as to not sacrifice the quality of my work. I believe all my and my team's hard work paid off as we were able to mostly fill our audience and the cherry on top was our company being featured on the cover of a local newspaper. Since I was the lead character's love interest, I was featured on the cover with my fellow lead in a shot from a dress rehearsal and it just felt so gratifying to know that our efforts ended in great results. My time as the publicity lead was a rollercoaster full of ups and downs but everything was worth it in the end and I don't think we would have been as successful as we were as a team without my attention to detail.

Focus group for sports marketing
Why do you like sports?
I like sports because I find it fascinating how skilled and knowledgeable athletes are in their sports. The amount of time and effort each athlete puts into their sport shows so much dedication and I admire all athletes of all the different sports so much for it. Even though I don't exactly understand the rules for all of the different sports, I still find it very entertaining to watch athletes pour their entire beings into playing their sports. Playing a sport is not an easy task, even if you're naturally skilled it at. I love watching sports and being able to see just how much each athlete loves their sport and seeing all the effort they put into it. To put it simply, I think athletes playing their sports is very inspiring and I applaud all the time and effort they've put into practicing for their sport.
Do you like valenties day?
There are definitely some times when I've felt a little salty on Valentine's day but after 17 years of being single, who can blame me? However, I think it's a super cute holiday and even though it's super commercialized now, I think the best Valentines are the homemade ones that a lot of thought was clearly put into. Pink is my favorite color so I love seeing people dress up for the holiday but what I really like about it is that it's a holiday literally dedicated to celebrating love. I think love is just truly so beautiful and should be celebrated by everyone. I think Valentine's day is just the perfect day to do a random act of kindness to someone who looks like they need it. Basically, I don't like the super commercialized Valentine's day with all the teddy bears and heart-shaped chocolates and store bought cards but I love the idea behind it -- the idea that love gets a whole day to be celebrated by everyone everywhere.
