How will you hold members accountable for completing tasks on time?
First of all, I believe that good communication and understanding are the 2 major keys. With good communication you can help all the team members to understand their part and also anoid unpleasant situations to occur. Regular check ups and encouragment can maximise the productivity of everyone. Finally, establishing a support system where everyone helps everyone with their tasks is necessary.
