My answer is Lay's. They prioritize the customer experience and preferences by creating special trendy flavors, contents and many more. Their social media platforms are engaging with the audience, while maintaining a visual interesting feed. Lay's also leverage storytelling and heartwarming content that struck an emotional chord with their audience.

My example is CeraVe. They managed to grow on social media very quickly by partnering with influencers and medical specialists, creating educational content and overall building their customer trust. It seems that they care about the reviews and improve the products, while maintaining a clean image on the media platforms.
