Interview Questions
Saint James Iced Tea
College Events Brand Ambassador — Fall 2026

What student groups would you partner with to spread brand awareness?
I would partner with a mix of student groups that already have strong communities on campus so the brand feels natural, not forced.
First, I’d work with Greek life because they have large networks and host many events. Whether it’s mixers, philanthropy events, or just casual hangouts, it’s an easy way to get a lot of people introduced to Saint James at once.
I’d also collaborate with campus clubs, especially ones that plan events regularly, like cultural organizations, student government, or programming boards. These groups already bring people together, so adding Saint James to their events would feel like part of the experience instead of just a promotion.
Another group would be student athletes and sports teams. They have a strong presence on campus and people pay attention to what they’re doing. Partnering with them at games or team events would help get the brand out there in a more authentic way.
I’d also connect with student content creators. They don’t always have to be part of an official group, but they have influence and can spread awareness fast through TikTok and Instagram.
Lastly, I’d work with wellness or fitness-related groups, such as clubs focused on health, exercise, or mental wellness. Saint James fits well into that kind of environment as a refreshing drink, especially during events focused on relaxing or recharging.

If you had unlimited Saint James product, plus access to assets like coolers, merch, and a small budget, what activation would you plan on your campus — and how would you make sure people actually show up?
If I had unlimited Saint James product and access to things like coolers, merch, and a small budget, I wouldn’t just set up a regular table. I’d want to create something people actually stop at and remember.
I would do a “Saint James Study Break Social” during finals week, since that’s when everyone is stressed and looking for a break. I’d set up in a busy area on campus and make it feel more like a chill hangout spot than an event. I’d use blankets, seating, and branded coolers with different iced tea flavors so people can grab a drink and relax for a few minutes between classes.
To make it more fun, I’d add a “Build Your Own Tea Mix” station where people can mix flavors and come up with a name for their drink. I’d also have a small area where people can take pictures or videos, since that’s a big part of getting people to post and share.
To actually get people to show up, I’d start promoting it a few days before on Instagram and TikTok, posting short videos and teasing it without giving everything away right away. I’d also reach out to a few well-known students or content creators on campus to post about it so it builds some hype.
I’d also give people a reason to come early, like having limited merch for the first group of people, and doing a giveaway where you have to post your drink and tag the brand to enter. The day of, I’d also walk around campus handing out a few teas and telling people to come by later, because that kind of face-to-face promotion actually works.
Overall, I think this would work because it’s not just about giving out free drinks. It’s creating a space where people can take a break, hang out, and post about it, which makes more people want to come and keeps the brand in people’s minds after the event.
