Can you provide an example of a time when your feedback led to product improvement?
Day before yesterday I went to a restaurant with my friends, where I had ordered White-Sauce Pasta. It was low on salt and black pepper which reduced the actual taste of it. I immediately confronted the waiter and said him to the following spices to increase the taste. Afterwards when the pasta arrived my friends where actually very happy with the taste which got enhanced after adding the salt and black pepper.
