I'm eager to implement a 'CEO Spotlight' video series after starting this position. This series will not only celebrate the journeys of female entrepreneurs within our community but also amplify the voices of those from marginalized groups. The creation of a more inclusive and diverse platform is made possible by this. In June, during Pride Month, we could particularly emphasize showcasing LBTQ+ entrepreneurs and sharing their inspiring stories. We can also present their contributions to the business world. By featuring the diverse experiences, challenges overcome, and successes achieved by these inspiring individuals, we can encourage inclusivity and empowerment.

Remote Internship - Young Investors Society: As a remote intern with Young Investors Society, I was given the task to enhance their marketing strategies. I actively participated in data analysis, conducting research on market trends and customer preferences. I also developed mockups for social media posts and researched ways to increase their engagement. This experience allowed me to showcase my research skills by gathering and interpreting data to make informed marketing recommendations. Additionally, I collaborated closely with Christine Tobin, the CEO and founder of the company, communicating ideas, providing updates, and ensuring alignment on marketing initiatives. This collaboration demonstrated my effective communication skills in working with key stakeholders.

Authenticity, to me, means embracing and expressing your true self, even when you may not be able to give your all in every moment. It's about staying genuine, true to your word, and honest in your thoughts, words, and actions. It involves being kind, as I believe kindness is inherent in our human nature, and any deviation from kindness indicates something amiss. Authenticity is rooted in love, doing things with genuine care and consideration for others. It is the unwavering commitment to being your most genuine, compassionate, and truest self, even amidst life's challenges and imperfections.
