Netflix because not only does it have a large array of content, but many people use it so there are several large conversations on their shows and movies

In your opinion, which brand is crushing it on social media right now?
I think Netflix is doing great. They actively interact with posts regarding their shows and people's opinions on the brand. This greatly humanizes the company.

What do you think most brands are doing wrong in regards to their content strategy?
I think that many brands try to appeal to too many different demographics at once. While this should be the goal, many of the companies do it in a bad way, as they should have multiple targeted posts rather than a small few addressing large numbers of people.
