What's one content area of opportunity you'd first implement after starting this position?
After taking a closer look at Female Founder World's socials I have identified the bottleneck as being the low views and follower growth on various platforms, primarily TikTok. I would like to help strategize how to create better interactive content that drives up views (using trending sounds, hashtags, established creators, etc).

Relevant experience that I have had is managing and developing my own community service organization and promoting it through social media. This allowed me to see how important it is to maintain and grow your audience, crowd source and making improvements based on what your audience wants, and seeing what is trending through social media analytics.
