When I create content, I start by researching my audience—what they’re talking about, what problems they’re trying to solve, and what inspires them. I pay close attention to trends on Instagram and TikTok, but I filter them through my own voice and values so the content feels authentic. I also look at engagement data from past posts to see what resonates most. From there, I brainstorm creative concepts that tell a relatable or inspiring story, and I make sure visuals and captions work together to grab attention quickly. My goal is always to create content that feels genuine, connects emotionally, and invites conversation—not just consumption.
