What brand's social media presence do you resonate with the most, and why?
Calvin Klein in particular their twitter account. I find it very interactive. In my opinion they listen to their target audience for example their recent partnership with Jeon Jungkook of BTS started as a joke through fan edits. The fans tweeted how they would like to see their favorite artist as the face of Calvin Klein later their wishes were fulfilled. This has resulted to increased sales for Calvin Klein.
Given the opportunity I would like to try this strategy for a brand
