Can you give an example of a detailed QA report you have created in the past?
I have never completed a formal QA report in the past, but I have done troubleshooting and QA testing for programs/code that I have wrote myself.

How do you approach identifying and documenting bugs in digital products?
I will first typically use the product as I would normally, going through the process start to finish to determine that the intended functionality is working as intended. Then, I go through each step individually and test all of the possible alternatives I can think of, such as going through the entirety of any settings menu to ensure that each option is available, functional, and appears as it should.
