There is an issue with the register/ringing up a customer credit card and you are working alone. What do you do?
I would inform the customer that there is an error with their card. I would then nicely ask them if they have another card to try, or maybe ask them if they have cash.

A customer is rude to you in person. How do you react?
If a customer is rude to me, I would still treat them with respect and try to remain as calm as possible. Based off my prior experiences, I should not match their energy. That would only make the interaction worse.
