Share an experience that highlights your ability to build strong relationships.

During my time as a Pharmacy Technician at CVS, I built strong relationships with both customers and colleagues by providing personalized support and fostering trust. Many customers would specifically seek me out because they felt comfortable discussing their concerns with me, whether it was about their prescriptions, insurance issues, or general health questions. I made an effort to remember their names, preferences, and even small details about their lives, which helped create a welcoming and supportive environment. Additionally, I worked closely with pharmacists and other technicians, ensuring seamless communication and teamwork, which improved efficiency and customer satisfaction. This experience reinforced my ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships in both professional and customer-facing roles.
