do you have experience analyzing sales data?
I have some experience analysing sales data through my studies at the University of Edinburgh, where I worked with datasets to understand trends, customer behaviour, and performance drivers. While my hands-on experience is still developing, I’m a fast learner and pick up analytical tools quickly. I’m also very comfortable teaching myself new methods or software, so I’m confident in my ability to deepen these skills rapidly on the job.

Describe your experience collaborating with sales teams.
During my marketing internship at Oriflame Cosmetics, I collaborated closely with both the London and Stockholm teams while supporting product development projects. This meant aligning marketing insights with sales priorities, sharing updates on product features and launch timelines, and adapting plans based on feedback from each market. Working across teams taught me how to communicate clearly, move quickly, and ensure everyone had what they needed to drive strong retail performance.

How would you boost retail product visibility with limited resources?
With limited resources, I’d focus on high-efficiency tactics that directly support Fazit Beauty’s retail partners and amplify visibility across their channels. I’d prioritise activating simple, high-impact campaign assets that retailers can easily use across their organic and paid media, ensuring consistent branding at Walmart, CVS, Urban Outfitters, and Sephora US. Regularly analyzing trade performance would help identify which placements or creatives generate the strongest lift, allowing quick optimisation without extra spend. For new launches, I’d provide clear, ready-to-use merchandising guidance and bite-sized updates that keep every retailer aligned and excited about Fazit news, maximising presence and driving sales even on a tight budget.
