this role will require individuals who are self motivated and self directed. We are working with important deadlines. Please provide an experience where you thrived in such an environment.
As a rising senior in college, I have a lot of self motivation and self direction with school work, especially data entry and analysis. I am very deadline driven as well and typically finish projects and assignments before the actual deadline.

How would you design engaging focus group sessions or 1:1 INTERVIEWS with youth and parents to gather valuable insights? Please describe any experience doing so.
I have recently conducted a Psychology study for a college project that included 1:1 interviews with participants. I created my own recruitment posters and crafted all of my interview questions as well.
