What roles do you think sports plays in consumer behavior and affinity?
Sports are a cultural phenomenon that brings people together and inspires pride in their city/geographical area. For example, I grew up in the NYC area and now go to college in Ireland, and seeing people so far from my hometown wearing Yankees caps makes me proud to be from where I'm from. It's also a fun conversation starter, especially when I meet people from Boston.
