I possess a general understanding of menstrual head including menstrual cycles, common challenges and basic proactive measures. I can provide information on maintaining hygiene managing discomfort and recognizing potential concerns. Preventative health measures include being aware of any changes in the menstrual cycle as irregularities might indicate underlying health issues. In addition to this, I also have an experience working with a non-profit organization which increased awareness on the menstrual health issues and hygiene.
