A good brand reflection means every interaction, no matter with who, reflects the company’s values and mission. There should be a consistency with the impression, professionalism with personality, and creating lasting positive impressions.

How would you approach engaging potential customers at a busy event?
Before the event itself, I’d try set goals and equip the team with all the tools. There should be a triage system where one greets the customers and directs them to their respective team members (e.g high-potential customers, general interest). The key is to keep them engaged while addressing their needs. There needs to be a way to track these leads (via QR code sign-ins), and there should be a division of roles so that people know who to talk to for their specific needs. There should be interaction based displays and visuals for us to stand out.
