What metrics do you prioritize to measure social media success?
I prioritize metrics that show real impact, not just vanity numbers. First, engagement rate (likes, comments, shares, saves) because it reflects how strongly the audience connects with the content. Second, reach and impressions to understand how far the content is spreading. Third, follower growth rate to measure whether the brand is consistently attracting new people. Most importantly, I focus on conversion-related metrics—link clicks, website traffic, and actual sales—because they show if the content is driving real business results. I also track audience retention on videos (watch time) to see how engaging the content truly is. For me, success is not just about views—it’s about how much attention converts into trust, interaction, and action.

How would you increase engagement for a low-carb, zero sugar brand on social media?
I’d position the brand as a lifestyle, not just a product. Low-carb and zero sugar only works when people see and feel real results, so the content must highlight transformation, energy, and confidence—not just ingredients. First, I’d create high-impact, scroll-stopping content—clean, premium visuals and short-form videos showing real benefits like fat loss, better energy, and aesthetic meals. Content should be aspirational and visually strong enough to grab attention instantly. Second, I’d leverage real proof. I’d document my own fat loss journey (97 kg to 87 kg and ongoing) along with user-generated content, testimonials, and relatable stories. This builds authenticity and trust, which drives engagement. Third, I’d focus heavily on interaction—launch challenges like a “7-Day No Sugar Challenge,” use polls, Q&As, and comment-driven posts to make the audience participate instead of just watch. Finally, I’d maintain a consistent, premium brand identity with confident messaging. When the brand feels aspirational and results-driven, people naturally engage, follow, and share.
