Do you use affirmations in your own life? If so, how?
Yes I do! I used to struggle with self worth and confidence and decided to learn by reading Worthy: How to Believe You Are Enough and Transform Your Life Book by Jamie Kern Lima and taught me a couple affirmations to tell myself: You are worthy and You are enough (I have I am worthy as a keychain on my Keys :])
