What interests you most about retail sales and operations in a consumer brand?
I am well-versed in consumer service, having worked in retail for the past four years. I would be interested in learning more about the operational parts of a consumer brand. After working in retail, I’ve really enjoyed understanding what drives customers’ decisions and how to create a great experience and strong sales performance. I believe this knowledge can be essential in supporting product growth.

How do you stay organized when managing multiple contacts and follow-ups?
I’m very detail-oriented, so I rely on structured systems to keep track of contacts and follow-ups. I use digital tools to track to-do lists, set reminders, and schedule next steps. I also take a few minutes each day to review my tasks and adjust priorities so I can stay proactive rather than reactive. I make sure to have a plan for each day so that I don't get overwhelmed with multiple tasks and keep my work well organized to not lose anything important.
