When there is a bug in an app you use a lot what do you do. Please explain in one to three sentences.
The first thing I would do is figure out if this is a universal problem, in other words, I’d go online and see if other people are experiencing the same problems. If it does happen to be universal problem, I would reach out to the company and let them know what issues, I’ve experienced. While waiting for a response, I would reset my device and install any updates that the app may have just to see if anything changes.
