In 2026, W Labs should work with micro- and mid-level influencers who create authentic, high-engagement content on platforms like TikTok and Instagram. Partnering with fitness and gym influencers such as Alex Eubank would be especially effective for targeting the fitness community. Collaborating with creators who focus on lifestyle, wellness, and authentic storytelling would help build trust, expand reach, and drive long-term engagement.

Do you have experience in influencer Marketing or Social Media? If so explain what projects you've worked on?
I do not have formal professional experience in influencer marketing or social media management yet, but I am highly active on social media—especially TikTok and closely follow influencer and brand marketing trends. I spend a lot of time analyzing how creators collaborate with brands, how content is structured to feel authentic, and what types of videos drive engagement, trust, and conversions. I regularly observe successful influencer campaigns, pay attention to posting strategies, storytelling styles, and audience interaction, and apply this understanding when evaluating what works and why. I am eager to turn this strong familiarity and analytical mindset into hands-on experience and contribute thoughtfully to influencer and community-driven marketing efforts.

What strategies would you use to grow Extra's social media presence on TikTok? How would you measure success?
To grow Extra’s social media presence on TikTok, I would focus on creating relatable, trend-driven content that naturally fits into everyday routines where Extra is used. This would include short lifestyle videos, humor-based trends, “day in the life” content, and quick educational or benefit-focused clips that feel organic rather than overly promotional. I would also encourage user-generated content by prompting followers to share their own experiences with Extra and engaging consistently through comments, duets, and stitches to build community. I would measure success through both growth and engagement metrics, such as follower growth, video views, engagement rate (likes, comments, shares), and audience retention. I would also track link clicks, waitlist sign-ups, or conversions tied to TikTok campaigns to ensure the content is not only gaining attention but driving real interest and action.
