Can you share an example of how you successfully helped someone who struggled using your product or service?
A client once told us that they were having trouble getting the results they wanted from their hair treatment and were annoyed with how they were styling their hair at home. I paid attention to their worries and asked about their normal routine. Then I suggested a different product from our salon line that would work better for their hair.

How would you approach building a relationship with someone who actively uses our product but hasn’t interacted with you directly?
I would begin by just thanking them for using the product to demonstrate our value. Clearly we are really interested in their experience, so I would ask how they are loving it and welcome them to offer any comments or ideas. To inspire further participation and keep the conversation going, I would then present something of value—such as an invitation to an event or special deal.
