¿What is one important thing you look or search before buying a product?

I always check to see both the ingredients of the product and how those ingredients (or parts) were obtained. This helps me test both the quality of the product and if the product is sustainably made.

Please share one way you'd build community around Bonks in Gen Z.

The most important aspect of building community is through discussion, which is incredibly important to health as well. By discussing the issues we face openly and creating a safe space for these concerns and experiences to be shared and validated, Bonks can help clients connect with each other and form a community, as well as helping to educate and ease previous trauma and issues that women and others have had to face. For example, if I hadn’t talked about my own health issues to others with similar concerns, I wouldn’t have been diagnosed, and would lack the support and emotional bonds to others that were going through similar issues to me that i desperately craved. Talking to others about my own health and the issues around it have led to me learning more about how harmful some of my own habits are, and how I can change these habits to help myself and help support others. Being able to spread that feeling of support and have an open, non-judgemental safe space is what I think has been amplified by this generation, and should continue to be in order for people to explore how to best regard themselves and help theirselves .
