First, I do my research on content already on social media that aligns with the types of content I want to create (in this case, for fun and simple, easy yet captivating recipes for an indulgent yet healthy snack, making it a way to romanticize life). I also do research to keep in mind trends that I can capitalize on. Then, I come up with a mood board with saved sounds/audios I plan to use. I then come up with planned shots (overhead panning, still shot, zoom in, etc.) to later execute during filming. Then, I come up a list of the necessary props and location/lighting notes. These are all steps I take before filming. Once I have enough filmed content, I edit my reel on Capcut and send it over to someone to review my work, before I make final edits.

I will make sure that my content has the proper lighting to capture the textures and physical details of the ingredients used. I create a clean, simple yet beautiful backdrop that matches the aesthetic of Gato Date's instagram page. I will make sure to use the right fonts, sounds, external decorative details that align with the current theme of Gato Dates.
