How would you answer this question: What signals tell you a brand ‘gets’ Gen Z versus when they’re obviously trying too hard?
A key thing that always tells me when a brand ACTUALLY gets Gen Z is by the type of wording they use and how they use it. For example, I noticed that brands have lately been throwing the Gen Z slang without having any relevance to their topic.
