What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness, to me means taking care of myself physically, emotionally, and mentally. It's about finding balance in my daily life and making sure I am taking care of my overall well-being. To integrate wellness into my life, I make sure to exercise regularly, whether it be through joining a sports team or going to the gym. I also try to eat healthy, but also allow myself the occasional treat. I make sure to prioritize my mental health by practicing self-care activities such as meditation, journaling, and spending time with friends. I also make sure to get enough sleep and manage my stress through time management and prioritizing my workload.
