I have successfully managed a university instagram account for over a year as the marketing director. I ensured to keep up with the trends, brainstorm ideas, and approve the designs made by the design team. In the same manner, currently handling the instagram account of my Starbucks store, I create content and ensure to be on top of the trends for satisfaction and engagement. Success in these roles were defined as being able to do my best and get engagement from the viewers or social media users.
