write a brief concept for the content you'd make to pre-promote this one-night only event on tiktok / ig reels?
Sure! I have a couple of concepts:
Concept 1: "Sugar Talking"
The lyrics of Sabrina Carpenter's new song read "your sugar talking isn't working tonight" so I could make an aesthetic video of me walking downtown in Athens, posing in front of the Insomnia, etc, and make a play on the lyrics with the on-screen caption "the sugar is talking, are you gonna answer?" and then add some additional on-screen text explain more about the event.
Concept 2: "Yeah I'm Active"
This concept requires another participant (and there is another Insomnia cookies influencer on campus who I could potentially collaborate with!), but we would start out by pantomiming a phone conversation where the on-screen text might read "what are you up to" or "where are you going to be tonight" to which the other person can answer with the details of the event on screen. We would then conclude the video by doing the "active" dance trend in front of the Insomnia Cookies Athens location.
Concept 3: "River Deep Mountain High"
This concept is simple, and would also be better done with two or more participants. The trend parodies a performance from the TV series Glee. Myself and the other participants would take turns filming one another doing the dance/running towards the Insomnia cookies location at night in Athens, with on-screen text that might read "me and my crew pulling up to the Insomnia Cookies PJ Party"
Concept 4: "Relationship Questions"
There is a trend going around right now where you ask an unsuspecting individual "questions" about your relationship. ("who was interested first"/"who said i love you first") I could parody this trend by pointing to the Insomnia building or to myself as an answer to each question, and then place some on-screen text detailing the event for viewers to read while the trend plays in the background.
And at the event, I definitely could make some killer content. I'm a big fan of the "I Pick Clarke" trend going around, so I could film college students saying "I Pick Insomnia" and compile the videos.
