I would identify tattoo artists and influencers by looking for creators whose content and audience align with the brand’s values, using TikTok, Instagram, relevant hashtags, and community pages. I’d focus on artists with strong engagement and an authentic connection to their audience rather than just follower count. I would approach them with personalized outreach, showing familiarity with their work and clearly explaining how the collaboration would be mutually beneficial.
